There are some homesharing programs out there. One local one is Sunshine HomeShare, sunshinehomeshare.org. They are a new org and have had trouble getting start up funding. There are also a couple of national orgs that work much like match.com. Silvernest is one of those. These both do background checks, try to match people, and have contract/agreement templates. Just some ideas. Wish there was alot more going on in this arena!
